About Phillip

Phil has been a lifetime educator. He and his wife, Phyllis, spent 20 years in Africa teaching. Phil not only prepared Africans for pastoral ministry, but also served as Academic Dean and then Principal of the Bible college. For two years Phil educated major donors to their mission organization about charitable giving instruments that would enable the donor to leverage their assets to both serve missions and still meet their personal needs. Then for nine years he served in the health care field assisting and educating individuals with hearing loss. He operated one of the most successful practices in his network. Well known financial speaker and author, Dave Ramsey, has commented: “When getting help with money, whether it’s insurance, real estate or investments, you should always look for someone with the heart of a teacher, not the heart of a salesman.” That well describes Phil. He has spent a lifetime taking complicated concepts and making them simple to understand and master. His job is to enable Buyers and Sellers to accomplish their goals while making the process easy. While relatively new to Northwest Arkansas, Phil has succeeded in aiding Sellers to obtain full list price for their properties and Buyers to obtain great deals with significant savings in reduced price and benefits from Seller concessions.
