Hi, I’m Doug Sosa.

Before making Northwest Arkansas my home in 2021, I spent over 15 years in the financial industry as a stockbroker, mutual fund wholesaler, and brokerage manager. That background gives my clients a distinct edge: I understand the numbers, pricing strategy, and economic factors that drive a successful transaction. Before my business career, I served six years in the U.S. Army as a Blackhawk crew chief and mechanic, where attention to detail, discipline, and accountability weren't optional—they were mandatory.
Today, my wife Kelly and I run The Sosa Team at Weichert, REALTORS - The Griffin Company. Outside of real estate, I'm a proud dad to three daughters (two in high school and one in college) and an active local artist.
