Katie’s journey started at just 16 years old during her first job at The Griffin Company in Springdale, AR. That early introduction to the Arkansas housing market sparked a passion for service and property that has only intensified over the decades.

As a devoted U.S. Air Force spouse, Katie spent 22 years navigating the complexities of military life alongside her husband, Chad. This journey took Katie across the country, where she earned Real Estate licenses in both Texas and Georgia. These experiences provided Katie with a masterclass in diverse market trends, relocation logistics, and the high-stakes needs of families on the move. Katie has taken this past and earned her Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation to help veterans and active military members and their family.
Deep Roots in Greenwood and Beyond
After years of serving the military community, Katie has returned to her Arkansas roots. Today, she lives on a growing farm in Greenwood, AR, while her two sons remain firmly established in Northwest Arkansas. This dual-regional connection allows Katie to offer her clients unparalleled insight into both the River Valley and the NWA corridor.
