About Michael (Mike)
Hi, my name is Michael Baremore, but you can call me Mike.
After several years working in cybersecurity and identity management, I made the leap into real estate with Weichert, Realtors | The Griffin Company here in Bentonville — and it's been one of the best decisions I've made. The instincts I built protecting sensitive systems and information turn out to translate surprisingly well to real estate: a sharp eye for detail, a steady hand under pressure, and a genuine commitment to making sure nothing falls through the cracks. My clients get the benefit of that background every step of the way, so their transaction stays smooth, secure, and stress-free from contract to closing.
I'm excited to help buyers and sellers across Northwest Arkansas — whether you're hunting for your first home, moving up to your next one, or just want an honest read on the market. I like to keep things relaxed and straightforward; buying or selling a home is a big deal, but working with your agent shouldn't feel like one.
On a personal note, aviation has been a lifelong thread running through my life. I've been flying radio-controlled airplanes since I was about 7 years old, and picked up R/C helicopters back in 2003. These days my focus has shifted toward flying the real thing — I'm currently working toward my Private Pilot's license, and I'm not messing with the R/C stuff as much these days, but it's still a passion I carry with me. I'm also an Extra Class Amateur Radio operator (call sign N5UJN), so between radios and airplanes, I've got plenty to talk about if either ever comes up. Feel free to ask — I love sharing that side of things.
