About Lisa
Lisa Elmore brings a lifetime of dedication, integrity, and community roots to her role as Vice President at Weichert Realtors – The Griffin Company in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Before earning her real estate license in 2014, Lisa and her husband Doug—who is also a Realtor—owned and continue to operate a successful beef cattle farm. With deep family ties to agriculture and 26 years of experience raising commercial broilers, Lisa understands the value of hard work, commitment, and perseverance.
Her professional journey also includes 12 years as a chairside dental assistant, where she had the rewarding opportunity to travel to Aguascalientes, Mexico, on a medical mission trip with a team of Christian and medical professionals. Family remains at the heart of everything Lisa does; she took time away from her career to care for her grandchildren before embarking on her path in real estate.
Since joining the industry, Lisa has proudly served the River Valley area—helping families buy and sell properties across the region she’s always called home. To date, she and Doug have listed more than $77 million and sold over $75 millionin real estate, maintaining an impressive 96.47% list-to-sale price ratio.
