About Rachael
Hi! I’m originally from Clarksville, Arkansas, but after spending most of my married life road-tripping to Northwest Arkansas with my husband Jacob (and probably eating my weight in local tacos), we finally made the move to Fayetteville in 2022. While I’m technically a “new” local, I’ve been loving, exploring, and getting lost in NWA long enough to know which backroads to avoid and which creeks are float-worthy.
Before diving into real estate, I had careers in insurance and elementary education—so yes, I can explain complicated contracts and also wrangle a classroom of sugar-hyped 2nd graders. These days, I put those skills to use helping people buy and sell homes with as little stress as possible (and a little humor along the way).
Real estate has always been a dream of mine, and after having our third kid, I decided sleep is overrated and it was time to chase that dream. What I love most about this job is meeting new people, learning their stories, and being a part of such an important chapter in their lives. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling your fifth, or just Zillow-scrolling for fun, I’m your girl.
When I’m not working, I’m usually outdoors with my family—kayaking, hiking, biking, or pretending I’m great at DIY home projects. I also have a huge extended family, so I thrive in chaos and potluck situations.
