About Colin

Most people look at a home or a piece of land and see only what's there. Colin helps clients see what it could become.

Serving buyers and sellers across Northwest Arkansas and the greater Ozarks — with a special passion for land and rural property — Colin brings a background unlike any other agent in the market. After a 20-year career in law enforcement, he retired in 2024 — carrying with him two decades of risk analysis, a calm head for high-stakes decisions, and a deep respect for a life of service. Helping the helpers is personal for him: he's proud to guide first responders, veterans, and community heroes home — including through the HEROES program, which puts money back in the clients pockets at closing.

Faith and family are at the center of everything Colin does. When God called his family out of the city, they built a homestead from scratch with zero experience — raising livestock, growing their own food, and learning firsthand what land requires and what it gives back. He knows what to look for in rural property, and the questions first-time land buyers don't know to ask.

When he's not with clients, you'll find Colin and his family out in the Ozarks — riding the OZ Trails (where he also volunteers on local trail maintenance), kayaking, hiking, fishing, hunting, and exploring. He knows this land not from a map, but from the ground up.
